The Get Back cup

This cup is one of my most popular artworks, which I find funny, because it is simply just a drawing of a cup!

This was drawn digitally with photoshop. It’s a reference to the cups that were featured prominently in The Beatles Get Back Documentary.

People are fans of this illustration because of it’s connection to the documentary, a phenomenom called ‘Teatlemania’, but I also found that people locally enjoyed it, as they recognise the cup from somewhere in their childhoods, usually owned by their grandparents.

A popular Beatles fanzine called The Teatles(Get it?The Beatles+Tea) featured my illustration on the front cover. Find them on Instagram @teatlemania.

I sell standard A5 prints of this, but have also sold copies in A3 and A2 and A1. I find it very exciting that some people have copies of my artwork that large on their walls! I also had several campaign runs selling the design on T-shirts!
