Mal’s Silver Hammer. Digital Painting, photoshop.

This is the first print I ever sold! I shared it along with some other artwork in a Facebook page and a lovely person from America commented saying “I want prints’ and I replied ‘oh really?’ because I had never made prints of my work before, I didn’t know how to get into it. I found a business in Belfast that could make some for me and I got some prints of my other artwork and tried advertising them.

This is a drawing of Mal Evans, The Beatles road manager. One of the people who bought a print of this was Andy Lee who is working on a documentary about The Beatles called Here, There and Everywhere. For that documentary he was interviewing Gary Evans, Mal’s son and gave him my prints. They recorded his sweet video for me!
